Examples of imagry from the landlady:
-But the air was deadly cold and the wind was like a flat blade of ice on his cheeks
-He was wearing a new navy-blue overcoat, a new brown trilby hat, and a new brown suit, and was feeling fine.

-She is poisoning the man so she can stuff him.
When she said she is very particular about people she allows to stay because she likes young people because they have soft skin.
-The landlady poisons him with cyanide.
When she says that the two other visitors are still here they are actually just stuffed up on the 4th floor.

I think the highest climax in the story is when he's signing the guest book and he sees the names Christopher Mulholland and Gregory W. Temple because he began to wonder who they were whilst the landlady just kept offering him poisonous tea so she could stuff him whilst he didn't now and just admired her stuffed animals.

It makes me think the landlady in a evil psyho-path who kill's and stuff's stuff.
(I already new that the almond smell was poison)

I dislike the ending because I want to know what happens at the end. I don't mind cliff hangers in the middle of the story but I don't like them at the end because since its a sort story there in no next book to find out what happened.
